a.k.a - SUSHI
I had a request for our sushi ingredients.
Sushi Grade Fish - (flash frozen) Salmon, Tuna, Halibut
Imitation Crab meat - safer for the pregnant ladies to eat
Baby Shrimp - shelled, deveined, cooked
Sticky Rice - we use Niko Niko Calrose Rice by SunLuck
Nori Sheets - seaweed
Cream Cheese
Sesame Seeds
Red Chili Sauce
Cut in long strips and add to rolls:
cucumber, zucchini, green pepper, red pepper, cilantro, mango (yum), avocado, ginger root, lemon (peeled and thinly sliced)
Serve with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
And invite lots of friends!!!

Thanks! We'll give some of the veggies you suggested a try. I just get so stuck on carrots, cucumber, avocado and scrambled eggs. (They did eggs when I visited Japan in 04, that's where I fell in love with the stuff!!)
Jason and I are the lucky recipients of a free vaca to FL after the new year! My grandparents drive to their winter home in FL every year, this year my mom and her bro decided they should no longer be making the trek by themselves. So we are driving down with them, staying a few days then flying home! Needless to say we were willing participants when the need arose!
