"Bald Boys"
Every winter we are blessed with the presence of the Bald Eagle. They are the most magnificent bird to see in flight and even to see sitting in trees. Huge!! Here are two pictures of one that stopped by today. We can see him out of our kitchen window about 250 yds from the house. They sit high in the tall Cottonwood trees where Big Canyon Creek runs by. We have appropriately called this place "Eagles Landing". This guy sat there most of the morning. We even drove by and he just looked at us and kept on sitting. We have had as many as 18 Bald Eagles sitting in the trees at one time. Now that was a sight to see!!
