2 Hours 40 Minutes!!
That's how long it took us to process 53 pounds of elk meat. Brian and Caleb skinned it and cut it off the bone, Hudson ground it, Abbi weighed and bagged it and I sealed and dated it! (We normally vacuum pack the meat but the vacuum sealer wasn't working. Plan B - freezer bags.) Great team effort. Our freezer is now full!
