They Were Blessed...
On December 23rd, we went to the SL Mission for the Homeless.
We were invited to sing Christmas hymns for their chapel service.
The children (ours and 3 of Grants) are waiting on the side of the stage as their Papa (my Dad) introduces them.
Nana played the piano as the children sang "O Come All Ye Faitful", all 3 verses to "Away in a Manger" and all 3 verses to "Joy to the World". They did a great job and the people were full of smiles.
My mom then gave her testimony/story of the past 18 months and her fight with cancer. Amazing! She did a great job and she gave God all the glory. The lighting was not great but this is her speaking. The slideshow pic is of her standing next to the "Tree of Life" that all 4 of us children and our families gave to her on Mothers Day this year. As you can imagine, we had a lot to celebrate this year....and we were Blessed!!
