Empty Arms...

Full Belly!

No contractions.
No "little man" - yet.

My midwife came yesterday.
Head is centered and down.
1 cm
Very, very soft.

Hopefully, he will be in our arms in the next couple of days.

My parents came up from Salt Lake yesterday to help us
get ready/give birth/and love on "little man".
Mom showered the "little man" with some very cute things.
blankets/socks/sleepers/bibs/washcloths/outfits
So fun!
It has been almost 10 years since we have had a baby boy in our home.
Boy clothes were scarce and somewhat dated.
Fun to have some new stuff.
Now if he would just show his naked self,
the girls would love to dress him up!!

Thanks again for all of your prayers and sweet comments.

Oh, man! I was really hoping to find fun news from you today in my blog roll. :( Praying for you. All in God's timing...I had one VERY late baby (or so we thought, turned out she was more likely early...dates were just off) and felt like I'd NEVER have her. Can't wait to hear that your little guy is in your arms. :)

The children are going to be so excited for a real live baby doll that is for certain. If you would send me your mailing address, I would love to mail you one of my hats. I will make it from the softest of wool. Wool is great year round as you prob know. Maybe today will be your babies bday. It is Dr. Seuss's 107th!
